An excellent location, yet important nuances Positive: The owner was polite and easy to communicate with, and everything went smoothly in that regard. The apartment is very well located, close to parks, public transport, and key points of interest. The building has a modern lift (we stayed on the 3rd floor), and the apartment itself is clean, spacious, and adequately equipped for a comfortable stay. The duplex layout is practical, with two bathrooms (the upper-level one with a shower), modern standard furniture, and an excellent location that makes getting around the city very convenient. Negative: Although the terrace is truly beautiful, it is located two floors above the apartment and is not very intuitive or convenient to access, something that would have benefited from clearer explanation in advance. The apartment has only one window facing the exterior, positioned very high, viewing only the sky and the tops of nearby buildings; for shorter persons, opening is difficult without using a ladder. The other windows face the inner courtyard, dominated by the building’s drainage pipes, which reduces the sense of light and openness. The internal staircase is narrow, steep, spiral-shaped, and rather noisy. While the interior design is correct and modern, it feels quite cold and lacks personality. Some doors squeak noticeably and do not close properly. The panels enclosing the upstairs bedroom would benefit from maintenance, as they tend to come loose and may fall when there is a draft. A general review of the sanitary fittings would also be advisable, as flushing the upstairs toilet requires considerable force. Perhaps the most disruptive aspect—although not directly the owner’s responsibility but something that could have been mentioned in advance—is the immediate proximity of the cathedral. The bells ring very frequently, day and night, following a hard-to-predict schedule—approximately four “sequences” per hour, with a longer one close to the exact hour and several shorter ones in between—which may significantly affect the comfort of light sleepers.

Positive: Modern, well located flat waking distance to Old Valletta, though in Floriana where locals live. Safe to walk day and night even as a solo female. Fun vibe at some local hangouts and not far from the bustling nightlife Old Valletta. Very close to bus station. Negative: Church bells all night. However, if you sleep upstairs and shut the doors, it's fine. Quite comfortable overall

Very good location, beautiful place Positive: Bed upstairs is very comfortable, with amazing bath and walk in closet. Loved the whole place. Negative: Only small downside is the pull out couch ' not too comfortable especially for longer stay like our case.

Super Lage, genug Platz, gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern - gerne wieder Positive: Die Lage & die Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern Negative: Alle 15 min - egal ob nachts, morgens, schläft die Glocke der gegenüberliegenden Kirche. Ja es ist angegeben in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft, aber ich weiß nicht, ob man das so gut findet, aber es nervt einfach. Die Tassen/ Gläser waren nicht sauber (Kalkfelcken, Kaffee oder Rostflecken & man sollte vorher etwas lüften. Wenn man in die Wohnung kommt; trifft einen der Schlag von dem strengen Geruch.. riecht etwas muffig. Zimmer sind hellhörig .. man hört leider alles was um einen rum passiert
